Food Hub Professional Membership Options

The Food Hub has a variety of professional memberships available.  Professional members are typically caterers, specialty food manufacturers, bakers, food truck owners, event planners and other food/beverage industries. 

Access is provided 24 hours 7 days a week for monthly renters with enough space for up to three food businesses  to be active simultaneously.  

Package A 
MInimum Plan
$250/month

  • Up to 3 hours per week included with a maximum of 10 hours per month
  • Additional hours are billed at $35/hour
  • Dry goods storage and/or cooler storage must be purchased separately.

Package B
Starter Package
$300/month

  • Up to 4 hours per week included with a maximum of 16 hours per month.
  • Additional hours are billed at $30/hour
  • Dry goods storage and/or cooler storage must be purchased separately. 

Package C
Builder Package
$400/month

  • Up to 8 hours per week included with a maximum of 32 hours per month. 
  • Additional hours are billed at $30/hour.
  • 1 dry storage shelf included 
  • 1 cold storage shelf included
  • Daily use fridge - 1 shelf included.  

Package D
Growth Package
$600/month

  • Up to 20 hours per week included with a maximum of 80 hours per month. 
  • Additional hours are billed at $25/hour
  • 2 dry storage shelves included
  • 2 cold storage shelves included
  • Daily use fridge - 2 shelves included

Package E
Professional Plan
$1,000/month

  • Up to 40 hours per week included with a maximum of 160 hours per month. 
  • Additional hours are billed at $20/hour
  • 4 dry storage shelves included
  • 4 cold storage shelves included
  • Daily use fridge - 2 shelves included

Event/One-time Use

  • Looking for a professional kitchen for a special event or single-use? The Food Hub offers flexible one-time rental options. The minimum rental period is four (4) hours, priced at $250, providing access to our fully equipped commercial kitchen.
  • For those interested in teaching a cooking class, the Food Hub provides a revenue-sharing model: instructors keep 60% of the class proceeds, while the Food Hub retains 40%. This partnership ensures a professional space and support for your culinary instruction needs.

  • 1 Cold Storage Shelf  - $75 per month
  • Daily Use Fridge -  $10 per shelf per day
